都市高塔酒店 (Hotel Metro Tower)

I took a room for my family of two members by lately night 11 pm When we arrived at the reception, staffs attitude was not so good. Before itself we were getting checkin they are telling us about the checkout will be 11 am without any grace period as we book they were not giving us a welcoming customer. When we asked for a tooth kit, then only they gave that to us. First room which they gave us was not good and it was dirty on the table and there was a stain in the bed. But the staff was not admitting about the stain, saying it was iron stain on the bed. We got changed to another room and it was quite better than the other one. But still the room was not up to making worthy and a standard mark for a cost for a night with out breakfast as i am a regular traveller for business purposes all over kerala most of the time, i know the conditions and standard of the rooms. Try to give a better politeness to the customers. Bcoz we are also doing business. For us customer ( may be anyone ) should be treated as a king. ( ie. Business policy) we made the checkout before the staffs were kicking us out by 9. 30 am itself. Still by the time of checkout one person in the reception was told to wait there and gave the room key to a room boy to check the room if any. After 10 minutes of waiting there then only he told us to leave the hotel. These attitudes are not upto a manners to show to a family persons. Anyway thankyou

Very comfortable stay and near to railway station and all places. Very convenient. Breakfast excellent.

Hotel metro tower is very good option for couples especially ac rooms. Room contain 2 towels, 1 soap, 1shampoo, 2 water bottle contain 500 ml each. And it is couple friendly room.

Hotel is very clean and well arranged, staffs are very polite and overall service was very good.

Stay at this hotel was average. No toiletries were peovided. They charged rs250 for one hour early check in. Staff was good.
